Thank you for taking a moment to view my work. My interests in creating renderings are more real life situations or settings; and sometimes my inspiration is just my odd sense of humor. I sometimes work up the courage to try something a little out of the box for myself -- I usually stick to what has worked, has been comfortable, and produced predictable results.

Great creation ... Beautiful character and great expression
Wales
The facial expression you have created for this image is outstanding. A couple of suggestions: the hay is way too neat and the way it is placed against the wall looks artificial; the pole or boards she is leaning against look blurry; also, in most, but certainly not all, the walls of barns are vertical, not horizontal. Some might say that she is not dressed appropriately for a barn but one of the reasons I really like you image is that I was once in a barn with a woman who was dressed somewhat like the one in this image. Ahh, memories.

I agree with Wales - it is the supposed "inappropriateness" of her attire that makes this one so good. (And yes, it evokes certain memories of an incident from my own younger years as well.) Great work!!!

Thanks for the comments and critiques. I realize the barn isn't perfect, I loaded it as a scene and ran with it. The oddity of the character to the setting was sort of intentional, sort of the rebellious daughter.
