Description
Leading created in Paint Shop Pro using preset shapes and vector adjustments. Blade pro pewter applied.
Colorful gradient fills create the glass, Paint shop pro mosaic glass effects applied as well as Blade pro Glass settings.
Background Scene was created in Vue.

Beautiful now I can appreciacte PSP...I use micrografix studio myself under 100 bucks and every bit as useful as Corel or Adobe.
