Description
I have a dog run surrounding my back door where the dogs could go out at night, before I put up my fence, where they would be a bit safer from snakes. About 15 mins ago, I could hear someone messing with the gate. You know, the sound of the metal 'U' closure on a chain link gate? I heard it several times. But I guess the sound of barking pit bulls & a racking shot gun ran them off.
They better hope so for their sake.
I would much rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Beautiful character. Your work is amazing. On the other topic I am so glad you are safe from harm. Doing what you have to do will leave scars, but as you said the alternative of "carried by six" is far worse. Be safe, stay smart.

But my version of "gun control" involves being able to hit what you're aiming at... Hopefully whoever was messing with your gate will take the hint and stay away.

Wow! spectacular stuff. wonderful contrasts with the red and black and her skin and the lace. lighting makes it all exquisite. was channel flipping and ran across a doomsday preppers program. They were building underground shelters/safe houses. A guy who did security stuff for them came up with an automatic camera that would pivot toward motion, the video was direct to your pc or laptop, very cool stuff. Wonder how much that cost, would have been handy for you on this night. Glad the dogs and the sound of the shotgun scared the person off. You really have to have big protective dogs these days.
