Betty Collins: She owns the Dragon Steak House in Ureal and Stockington and the whole chain. She created it and marketed it. It's not only a great place to eat for the whole family but you can get anything you want there. From women, men, drugs and great food. The Empire seems to leave her alone because the activities are all in house and out of sight, and for the most part peaceful, she has good bouncers that keep things under wraps. Families have no idea what goes on there, in the next both an orgy could be happening while a family eats in peace a both down. All the booths are very private, that's why all the famous people eat there, her prices reflect the privacy also. Betty has moved to Guthrie and is opening a steak house and bar there trying to capture some of the big wig railroad executives and put them under her thumb. It's kind of hard to entangle Anne because she doesn't care if her personal life gets out or not she doesn't do anything illegal she just likes women but now she has Trisha and is proud to show her off.
