Description

I just needed to have a little summer in my gallery. I long for light and warm weather, sun and birds singing for me :) But I am glad 7 pheasants came to the garden today, when we had family visit, so they could enjoy them too :) We had a great and happy day. Have a beautiful weekend. Frosty and snowing weather all day, but the snow was like fine powder, so it was not a thick layer. Thank you so much for your kind comments and fav. :)

Yes I do. Sorry I didnt write that Andrea, now that I actually, for once, KNEW the name. In Danish we call it CICORIUM ... We used it for substitute for the coffee or to mix with coffee to make the coffee stretch longer, years after WW2.

A nice splash of summer Helle! The blue ones are similar to our Showy Aster but the stamen area is different. I like yours!

Wonderful to see a touch of summer in your gallery, yes it is cold and dismal here too, but this pic has cheered things up a bit, so thanks Helle. hugs Jane xx

WOW! Coffee flowers! Who knew? They're beautiful and I've actually seen them in Chicago! Imagine that! I love this brief taste of summer, and I will be happy when summer gets here, though I'll be satisfied with a nice, warm spring also! I love the colors and the petals have such a nice shape. This is really beautiful.
