Description

First I just wanted to show the cigarette smoke... Then I thought: I need a pack of ciggies... and a lighter. Then I had a cup of coffee, and a coke, while I rendered. So I put those in there too. And then my phone rang... Maybe I should put my Mac in the background? Nah, I think I'll stop here. The smoke is SLA, btw. Comments more than welcome. Thanks for looking

Boooh. That's wonderfull (i don't have the words). But the coke bottle in the background is a little bit strange. For me, it looks like the bottle is made from brown plastic. I hope you want to have some critic to this picture, cause in fact i think this is hmmm...? Amazing...? Fantastic...?

In response to ThirdEye: I think that the spotlit look of it gives it a dingy noir-ish feel. Overlighting would just draw attention away from the cigarette, which is really the focus of it. Great great work.

@CptPlanet: I don't think that the cigarette is the entire focus of the image (also because i spoke with pingo), look also at his description of this image. IMHO lighting here is inferior to modeling and texturing. Only my 2 cents.

I think that I hate this pic because I was just able to quit smoking (since July after being on 2-3 packs a day), and now I feel like having a cig. :o( Terrific realism here. Very well done!
