Description

This is one of the wives of the beautiful rooster I posted a while ago :) FULL SIZE is better. Have a beautiful week. We had -7C last night, but we had alot of sun this morning and part of the afternoon. It was lovely. I had a nice time in the patio with my grandson, who is with us this week. He was reading and I was painting :) Thank you so much for your kind comments and fav. :)

Oh, I love a nice, pretty lady! I also think it's funny that roosters have harems full of pretty ladies! Birds in general are quite interesting creatures, and I always find it very, very funny that if you look at chickens, they resemble dinosaurs with feathers. If you remove their feathers. I love the colors in this shot, and the feather patterns are fantastic and so perfectly captured. I'd also love to spend a day doing art and reading! I hope you are having fun!

Beautiful! :) She's a looker, all right. We have friends who have several chickens, all different breeds. We seem to end up over at their place in the evening, so I guess we'll have to go on a nice sunny day so I can take chicken pictures! :)
