Description

Pasha and Bill drove down dark forest lanes and country roads where they encountered several villages. They stopped at some taverns and sampled the fine local beverages. The people were all very friendly and were especially courteous to Pasha, recognizing him as a member of the Racz family. Time passed by quickly and soon it was late in the afternoon. Pasha felt they should get back to the castle. He was driving just a little too fast for conditions when suddenly a grey streak shot across in front of them. Pasha swerved to avoid it, but lost control of the car in the process. It flipped on it's side and rolled off the road and up an embankment coming to rest on it's side against a solid old oak tree. Both lads were thrown free of the car on it's first roll. Bill landed on his back and was knocked unconscious. Pasha bounced a couple times on the ground and was dazed. When he regained his senses, he saw a huge grey wolf standing over his friend baring it's teeth. It looked like he was getting ready to tear into Bill. Pasha ran over and jumped on the wolf's back. The rolled around on the ground for awhile in a furious struggle. Pasha's adrenalin kicked in and rushed through his body. Strange things began to happen. He felt incredibly strong and when his tongue brushed the sides of his teeth, he felt like he had sharp incisors much like the wolf's. He continued his struggle with the wolf. With his newfound strength, he was able to get to his feet. The wolf broke free and circled him once before rushing at him with incredible speed. He jumped at Pash's face, but Pasha was ready. He grabbed the wolf by the kneck and twisted it till it snapped. The wolf's lifeless body fell to the ground beside him. Completely worn out by the struggle, Pasha passed out. When he came to, Bill was standing over him looking down. Bill seem to still be in shock but was coherent enough to worry about Pasha's wounds. He helped Pasha to his feet and asked him about the dead wolf laying nearby. By now, Pasha was more relaxed. He remembered his sharp teeth and swept his tongue by them. They had returned to their normal size so he smiled. He told Bill that they had hit the wolf which had caused him to lose control of the car. When Bill asked him where he got all the scratch marks, he said he had been thrown into some tree branches. Luckily, they found one of their cell phones and were able to call for help from the castle. Arik, the chauffer came and picked them up. A tow truck had followed him to retrieve what was left of the convertible. Once the boys wounds were cleaned up a bit, neither boy seemed too badly hurt but Arik took them to a nearby clinic just to be sure. What a wild day they had and what a revelation for Pasha. He didn't know what to think of the change that happened to him. Perhaps a talk with his grandfather will help? Thank you for taking a peek! Your support is greatly appreciated!
