Abreojos means "open eyes" in Spanish. I live on the tip of Baja California and Colorado before that.
2013 update. Had to go to work in the states since the crash of 2008. Speend my summers in ND working. Spring and summer in the southwest and winters home in Cabo. Got back into photography and am enjoying that far more than digital landscape programs for many reasons but mainly because it get me away from the computer and out in the world again!
Since I Started playing around with digital art several years ago and have created images I never thought I had the talent to create. I have learned from many great artist in this community since IÂ became a member IÂ believe back in 2002. Â Thanks for stopping by!

Cool shot man, takes me back a long way. Did a lot of Seismic Exploration (Oil exploration) just across the Border in Montanna back in the early 90s. Drill Derricks can look impressive even majestic, it's what comes later that gets ugly, the leaking ugly Pumpjacks that will take the Derricks place. Like the Permian Bassin around Midland/Odessa in West Texas, 50/75 years after the Derricks and the Oil has all been sucked dry, miles and miles of dead, rusted Pumpjacks littering the Desert like a graveyard of Mechanical Dinosaurs. Peace
