I think it's good. Excellent use of scaling and proportion and lovely engraved effect.

I like the bottom half transparency and haziness of the whole image. Makes it mysterious and sends off a nice mood. Although, if the rain-like dashes fluxuated in value/contrast, I think this image would have a better atmoshpere, maybe. To maybe maybe the top corners a tad bit darker to make it really seem like a storm. Just a thought....I may be wrong.
