Description

here is a sunset I took when I was down there. We will say good by to Mexico for now. I saw a coconut fall on a chair just like these and the chair jump about a foot or more off the ground. The owner told me he had a dog there and he was sleeping under a tree and a coconut fall on the dog head and killed it. So I always look where I sit for sure and even walk.

Gorgeous site to see. :)))))) I love to watch the sun disappear into the water. :)))) I know that it doesn't go into the water. LOL!!! I would be most careful where I sat and walked also. :)))) That is sad about the dog. :( I hope your time there was pleasureable. :))))) Most excellent capture my friend. :)))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))) Carry A Warm Smile In Your Heart :))))

I will definitely add that to my list of things not to do..... Never sleep under a coconut tree! A beautiful and tranquil shot, Jock!

Nice control here. Shooting into the sun gave wonderful sillohouettes and the golden hour produced a gorgeous skycolor. I could do with being there now, coconuts or not.

It is good advice to watch out for falling cocnuts.I heard that they are the bigest seeds in the world.A real nice shot to finish off this series.

For all it's dangers, it still looks like the best place to watch the sun sinking onto the Gulf of Mexico! Poor Doxie & ~Cheers~

What a beautiful view and capture, Jock! I think the dog should be a Chihuahua, because he got killed. my cousin was hit by a coconut as a child, and received a strong trauma, even fainted. the doctor said that his intellectual capacity will be reduced. We thought that that was not true... until he began to write political speeches.;)

Lovely sunset but it sounds like there should be signs hung on the palm trees. HARD HATS MUST BE WORN.

An awesome end shot! Coconuts can be worrisome but these do not appear to be very high. In Hawaii, in the tourist areas they knock them off before they can fall as I believe they are quite capable of killing.
