I like how you got a water reflection on the pier, still needs work with the water shader, however.

Great picture and textures! The only thing that strikes my eye is that the water where the boats are seems to be solid rather than transparent. The light seems to be shining on a solid object. Other than that, I think it's great...nice composition.

The waves look a little too uniform and the boats need a little better texturing. Everything else is A+ work. I really like the pier and the traps. Great textures on those.

The boat colors are pulling my eyes back to them. When I look at the beautiful flowers the color of the boats pulls my eyes away. I like the texturing and water effect. Try a soft light shadow on the boats? Good job.

The main element was supposed to be the boats. I tried use the flowers to lead the viewers eye to them but they probably distract the eye instead. The boats do need some additional work. The water around a pier gets pretty stirred up and is just about opaque.
