we take for granted electricity and water until it is off. some countries like the Philippines experience outages almost each week

Ben there mate, we had blackouts in the 70's.. During the strikes and three day working weeks.. They even told us when they'd be! Seems we could be heading for it again... Sad Great idea Mickey... Rob
