This looks really good, your use of DOF is very nice and the overall luminosity of the image is close to the nighttime your title suggests. I have found that the use of white and blue lights creates a more effective night lighting, if your going for moon light that is. Something else to experiment with... This looks a little more like the approaching dawn IMHO.
