Description

Shot with on camera flash and Canon Powershot SX130IS. Veggie Pizza is made with Pillsbury Croissant as the crust which is baked in a cookie pan and then the crust is coated with a mixture of cream cheese and ranch dressing. Then you add broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, black olives, onion, avocado, cucumber, and whatever other veggies you like to eat raw. Top with shredded cheese of your choice. We used cheddar.

Honestly, I love a plain old classic NY style, thin crust cheese slice & I don't find this at all tempting in a culinary sense (especially not the broccoli), but it does make a very colorful & lively image...
