Description

Whilst relatively conservative compared to some of the cars I photograph, I really love this model. To me it has an understated elegance. Plymouth was a marque of automobiles based in the United States, produced by the Chrysler Corporation and its successor Daimler Chrysler. Production was discontinued on June 29, 2001. Please zoom to fully appreciate the beauty of this old gal.

That is a beauty! Around here the Plymouths and Dodges were very similar, many parts being interchangable. This reminded me of a '38 Dodge I uploaded some time ago. You can see it [HERE]. By flipping back and forth you can see the similarities although Andrew's shot is a newer model. Great photo!

Sweet looking car mate and I can see why this would be a favourite of yours. One of mine is the Australian Chrysler Valiant Charger. I wonder how many folks in the US have heard of it. :)

I agree - a beautiful classic design & the intense color, appealing reflections & uncluttered background show it off very nicely...

A beautiful photo, full of detail and rich color. This is a 1938 model. My grandfather had a 1940 model...I remember it well.
