Description

Probably the most beautiful area in New Hampshire. Franconia Notch. This is Interstate 93 as it passes through. I shot this scene from an overpass.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!! Yes, Franconia Notch IS one of the most beautiful spots in New Hampshire and it always takes my breath away no matter how many times we drive through. I love this one, with the white of the snow and the black of the pavement of the highway...and it looks like Cannon Mountain is ready for business!

What a lovely place! I really like your pov from the overpass. It highlights that graceful "Fredster Curve," and the slope of the hills is a beautiful counterpoint. Outstanding pic!
