Description
She is Kyna, a character from a story I've benn working on for a very long time. She is an ex-mercenary and now the fiercly loyal bodyguard of the queen.
She's someone who you don't want to mess with,
I'm not sure how well the dark on black will show up when I upload it but it seems to work on y screen. I liked the effect. Maybe on of these days I'll give her a back ground.
Need to find a better texture for that horse.

That hair is the 'PonyTail Hair' by Kozaburo (who else?)
The texture on Kyna is Happyworldland's "brown skin texture" with a little tweaking which doesn't really show up in thus pic anyway)
The cloak is from Poser Fashion.
Th belt is from... somewhere. I don't know where:( If you know let me know.

i think it turned out nicely! black is so hard to do in poser. i especially like the sheen on the horse. good job :)

Wow, you do? I thought the horse looked a bit plasticy. It wasn't real happy about beinf turned black. But I WAS pretty pleased witht he over all effect. Glad you liked it.

bloodsong is right, it looks very sheen-like. The harness could use some leather texturing, and her skin seems a bit... err... red. The render feels nice though. You did some post in photoshop right?

Hmm. I still think the horse looks plastic. The reigns definitely need help. I guess the skin is kinda red... donno why. I'll look at it sometime when I'm sleepy and not on the way to class. Yes, the sheen on the sword is photoshop. The texture on it was all flat and icky and note shiney:(
