Those are old!! Still look to be working fine...back when they made things to last. A very creative solution to the gutter drain and quite decorative!! :)

Ornate and functional all at once...now THAT is what life is all about. I love the graceful curve and the wonderful sense of symmetry. Despite the fact that this is stonework and pipes, there's a wonderful sense of dance-like grace. This is an amazing image. Perfectly seen and presented. I love the elegance.

What a wonderful little bit of history Jeff. We don't seem to have come very far in pipework design in 300 years which goes to show you that most of the time the old ways are the best ways :)
