Description

A stand of trees below our house that leads to a five acre open field that was covered with snow on that day. I feel bad that the field is unused & would be happy to let anyone use it for growing or grazing, but unfortunately some of the fencing is down & it would also require installing new irrigation. Not that much interest in small scale farming these days anyway, except for marijuana farming, which has spread like wildfire in our area (it's legal for medicinal use in our state)... Please zoom

The sharpness is wonderful. I never think of snow as being crisp and yet it is. I love the bare branches and the shapes that they create. This is so wonderfully seen and presented.

I like this Claude...feel like I am there. I haven't checked farming in Washington State since marijuana laws changed here but I'll bet there's a lot of new activity here too!

Yes, I'm with Tara, producing beauty is quite enough! Love this shot, in zoom I can feel the light reflecting off all the snow and ice and making me wish I had my sunglasses on! Great work!
