Hi! My name is Ed and I am just getting back in to photography. I have been taking pictures since the late 60's but kind of stopped for almost 30 years. I took mostly point and shoot pictures for years and decided to get back into a little more hands on photography.
I just got a Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm Telephoto lens. I plan on getting some filter for both and doing a little experimentation with them.
I am interested in all types of photography, but lean towards landscape and trick photography. Â I also would like to try HDR in the future.Â
I would appreciate any feed back that I can get as this will help me fine tune my skills.
Unless stated, all photos are straight from the camera with no Photoshop manipulation.

Too wet to go out And too cold to play ball So we sat in the house We did nothing at all! When I was little ... four or five ... before I could read, in any event, I had that book memorized. I knew when to turn the pages and everything. People thought I could read! :P Glad it's you and not us. Temps here have been in the 40s, with drizzle and sunbreaks. :)

I think it's beautiful! I'd love to be there. We've had no snow at all this winter!
