Description
As some of you know, I picked up a second "go anywhere" type of camera to be able to go places without the extra weight, but maintaining DSLR quality as much as possible. I fired a macro of a flower I gave Chrissy for Valentines. Seems to have amazing close focal capabilities. Already got more out of this camera with macro than I ever understood with SLR. Anyway, this is first of a few shots I tried. Thanks!

beautiful capture/marco and great colors!!!

Not always as easy as it look's. Too close the stigma goes out of focus-poor light you get dark anther-The macro is good but try it with a Macro flash ring and your result's will be excellent

Exquisitely beautiful Fred.

love it, a man after my own heart, i always have my LumixLX5 with me or the times when the nikon with the 105mm macro proves to be a bit heavy for the circumstances and, like you the macro capabilities are a revelation. A lovely shot indeed.

Nice picture quality, great color, the light is superb, and the overall feeling of the picture is lovely. At 1600 ISO there's very little grain, and f4.5 gives a nice dof. I'm impressed with your new camera! This is VERY good.
