Description
The character is Owa Jaul by RachealMarie (Rendo freestuff) I don't have the creature morphs for V4++, so she came out softer looking.
The outfit is called Tinsel, by Mada over at Faeriewylde.
Her head piece and wings are freebies from RDNA (2004 I think)
