I was going to submit this yesterday, but I had submitted another image. :/
Anyway, I love this character! I think she's great. I tend to like my characters (both 2D and 3D) to look a bit cartoony, a bit "real".

Hair: Osaka Hair (from DAZ)
Clothes: Anime Dress for Genesis (also from DAZ)
The background is some thing I made in GIMP 2.8 and the postwork was also done on GIMP.
