Description

This is the normal shot of the shed for comparison. Taken from a slightly different angle and closer. Still an interesting building I hope? The previous "Shed" was taken on an infrared camera and toned. I chose to have more background in that one to use the grassy areas IR effect, for B & W conversion. I seem to think in B & W when I use the IR camera!

There we are - so totally different in atmosphere. I'm always relieved when something turns to colour although I think you get more feeling from black and white or sepia. Yes - still very interesting. What do the posters say? One looks like Approved Coal Merchant. Did you go inside?

What a lovely old shed, and a shame it's been let get so run-down. I think I like it better this way, it's easier to really see it, but that's just me...excellent photo, Kevin.

It is an interesting building, to me largely because of the visible decay which evokes a 4th dimension - the passage of time. Aesthetically, I think the IR version is far more appealing, though of course that's a completely subjective opinion...

What a great shame it is left like this to rot. Great shot mate. Unlike my honey, I like the IR version :)

I like both. Each stands on its own merits and is not in competition with the other.
