Description

Out for a walk yesterday and looking over a wall I saw this animal! An emu..in the wrong hemisphere, let alone wrong habitat! A very elegant animal...and friendly. I thonk there are two. Something to watch out for..rarity in E Lancs I'm sure.

That's a lovely surprise! I had one the other day when two partridges flew into my back yard! Never seen one of those in the city before, but they flew off just as I was getting my camera.
