Description
"Indian totem poles"....they are the guardian spirits of the sacred Indian burial grounds.
I drew this image at an online digital drawing website, using my computer "mouse". This image took awhile for me to finish, because it's difficult, using my "mouse", to make the totem poles look like they are chiseled out of stone. I did the best I could....I hope it looks ok.

Thank you all for all of your nice comments...I appreciate it! I did this image a couple of years ago, and it took me 4 hours and 27 minutes to complete it..."lol" I was experimenting, and I set the brush size at number one (the lowest setting), and the "scattering" size at its highest setting, and I used my computer "mouse" to control the pen tool, to create this "effect" on the totem poles...I had fun experimenting with this effect. The digital drawing website provides you with the drawing board, and all the tools that you need to draw with, and since I don't have a tablet....I have to use my computer "mouse" to control all the tools that I use. I really enjoy digital drawing and painting with my computer "mouse"....and I hope that someday I'll be able to buy a wacom tablet....so I can finally put my computer "mouse" to rest..."lol" I think that a tablet would help to improve my artwork too. Anyways....thanks again for all your comments....I really appreciate it!!

Just incredible, Misty - amazing! I started digital painting with a mouse and Photoshop 4 years ago as well.. Save your pennies - then get the best tablet you can afford.. Once you use a Wacom, you'll wonder how you ever worked with a mouse! ;-)
