Urban Exploration in Berlin *
Das "Alte Eierhäuschen" - erbaut 1891/92 als Ausflugslokal und Schifferkneipe - war früher ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für die Berliner. Da es an der Spree steht, konnte man auch mit dem Boot/Kahn anlegen und hier einen Imbiss nehmen. Nach Schließung des ehemaligen Vergnügungsparks "Plänterwald/Spreepark" 1990, dem Nachbargrundstück, verfällt das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude immer mehr.

Urban Exploration in Berlin *
The "Old Egg House" - built in 1891/92 as a restaurant and boatmen pub - was once a popular excursion destination in Berlin. As it stands on the River Spree, you could also create a boat / barge and take a snack here. Following the closure of the former amusement park "Plänterwald / Spree Park" in 1990, the adjacent property , which a listed building falls more and more.
