Description

I was out on the bike today hunting for a neighborhood that is rumored to have wild parrots. While pedaling there, I noticed these by the roadside and had to stop for some pics. I did not see any parrots, but I talked with an elderly couple who said that at certain times of the year the neighborhood is visited by small parrots. But they could not tell me what time of year that was.
