Glossy, wet lips is what I go straight to in this image. I also like using front lighting for Poser because it gives that immediate photograph paparazzis sense, and I can see her eyes reflecting it. I have to sharply criticize the lens flare, because lens flare is for Captain Kirk. It's much more acceptable and better to google bokeh effect images and overlay it or set as background.
