Hi.
Greetings from sunny Auckland, New Zealand.
Firstly, you have found your way here so a BIG thank you for taking the time out to visit my homepage :O)
Though I have been a member of Renderosity for many years.. every day I am discovering new artists and their work.. one of the REAL pleasures of 'being here'. The quality of work on show, and the generosity of fellow artists in helping lesser experienced people like myself makes this a fantastic community to be a part of.
As for myself...now on the wrong side of 50..and work virtualy solely in Poser with some postwork using Adobe.. pretty much standard stuff. I have a science and technology background, and work in industry.. thus an artistic 'bent' is not natural for me, nor is an artistic imagination part of my makeup.., but technically it's passable!!
My primary interest if you haven't guessed is "Pinup" art.. I just adore the female form,.. but love Sci-Fi and fantasy art as well.
Inspiration, apart from what I see here, comes from Music and other great artists too like Roger Dean, Boris Vallejo, Patrick Nagel,Vargas, ArchieDickens, Olivia De Berardinis,Gil Elvgren,Jennifer Janesko to name but a few.
Thanks for your visit, take care
cheers
Martin

Go Speed Racer! Go Speed Racer! Go Speed Racer, Goooooo! Oh my Gods! Man, this has brought back some memories. When I moved to Texas when I was a kid, we got into the hotel and I turned on the TV. Speed Racer was the very first thing I ever saw over there.

To me I'm reminded of whacky racers for some reason - a top cartoon series when I was a lad. Dixie looks like she might know a Trixie or two as well!

fantastic image! Car races and speed metal have been a favorite within my family since my grandmother won a Milano-Sanremo race with an Isotta Fraschini in 1922. She was a friend of Enzo Ferrari's and the third woman getting a driving licence in Italy.
