Description

Friends.. (ZOOOMMM!!!) I'm appearantly in lack of time to do so much but I did this render for my friends here. I spent some time to transfer Robotokoto (my own morph) to my newer and more powerful laptop computer and it gave me more grey hair to the already present ones..For the more technically interested, I did a collada/dae file created in DAZ 3, my until now preferred work program. It did well in another DAZ 3 program but look surealistic weird in DAZ 4.5 PRO..! I tried then to save the file as a scene in DAZ 3 on the laptop and I cheated DAZ 4.5!..But that's to easy. When I try to do a Poser CR2-file to export with this originally Collada file it became to complicated for my brain cells to make it work.. I had transferred Robotoko as a Collada with clothes on. Decent thought, huh? But then saved the scene file in DAZ 4.5 - it looked good. Until I opened the file - Robotoko has" thrown the clothes off" and the dress was suddenly gigantic! Of course she was upset!.. I solved this issue too but I realized that I should get the DAZ 4.5 on my until now working computer with all the Robotoko stuff to work better to make the CR2 files already here. But in the meantime I SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON THE NET because DAZ 4.5 asked good questions when I tried to do this CR2 file. I think I found an answer - another artist on Renderosity had actually asked the same. I must admit the experts some times are not to good to explain it in simple terms and give a short appropriate answer - if you want to drive a car you don't necessarily need to know how it was constructed - do you? Another thing is DAZ 4.5 does a really fine job rendering - it looks far better. Another thing is compability with the former versions (and the load of content). A trick is to do the hard work or some of it in DAZ 3 and then open it in DAZ 4.5 and save it. If someone here have some tips and tricks, please tell me. Much about techical stuff but I needed to AIR IT! As you see Te Und, Robotoko and Mr. Missy are very pleased with the result - but any idea of what they say? Enough - have a nice upcoming week! An excellent scene. I am still working in DAZStudio 4.0 because I dread the upgrade to 4.5. The thread at DAZ says this will not work in 4.5 and that will not work in 4.5. So I have saved myself some head aches by staying in 4.0.

I'm still using DAZ 3 because every time I upgrade things get worse. this scene is cool, I really like the point of view.

Well, Robotoko is looking extra hot - especially considering all she's been put through... And I'll bet she was a bit upset when DAZ ripped her clothes off!! That does tend to get them a little excited.... It took me forever to convince G4 and Arawen to do that nude scene back in Chapter 3.... I know exactly what you mean about that .dae file - I had some pretty bizaare results with the cr2 in both DAZ and Poser - I still haven't figured it out...LOL! Anyway - this looks really great! I think Te Und is happy to see her, too!
