Hispano Saeta Helwan HA-200B Al-Kahira ? Egypt built around a hundred of them according to what I read. Dang, that was a hard one to find! Beautiful model though.

Congratulations Steelrazer gave the correct answer. Egyptian aviation units operated 100-200B HA Al-Kahira, 10 Spanish construction, and 90 manufactured under license by Helwan in Egypt. Many of these aircraft were destroyed on the ground by Israeli aircraft early in the Six Day War.
