Description

Okay it has been a LONG time since my last upload. Between illness, equipment failure, and other factors, I have not gotten into Carrara, GIMP, or Paint Shop Pro Photo for quite some time. But at last here it is. Behold the majestic splendor of the Homeworld of the Imperial Dominion. Relannea (Pronounced Rel-An-A) This was done in GIMP and PSPP X4. The planet was a multi-layer GIMP creation. The starfield and Nebula were done in PSPP X4 and that is where final composition took place by adding the planet and adjusting the lighting. I hope you like it. P.S. The original is much sharper. Unfortunately, due to the small file size restrictions placed on uploads here, I had to increase the JPG compression quite a bit. This results in a lower quality image.
