Its a cool scene, but the very harsh lighting makes it a bit hard to read foreground figures. The scene's drama is hiding in shadows, while the background has all the lighting highlights. Try it with a little fill light, or radiosity. The light desert floor should be reflecting a lot of light back up into the shadowed areas.
