The snows back, you just think the weather is changing for the better then its back,these poor chaps are having a tough time so its been extra peanuts and seed.

yeah, it's grim for these guys. "My" boy blackbird still keeps chasing his wannabe girlfriend off the feeder in my garden. He still hasn't figured ... 1) he wastes more energy than he gets 2) play nice & you may be rewarded :) The folly of youth....

Yes, it's slim pickins here too as my back yard has three feet of fresh snow in it, but it cannot last much longer and I'm having a tough time wading through it to replenish the feeder!

I thought it was a goose in your thunbnail. Winter has to be tough on all species of birds. A great photo!
