Really cool idea to recreate a painting, big thumbs up to you! A few things to tinker with: 1) the candle sconce on the back wall seems way too bright 2) lighting is overall very flat, look again at the painting. What the painting implies is that like a lot of artistic studios, this scene would have been lit by big windows -- eg daylight coming in from the side. So an area or sky light to the side is going to be both true to the original, and give you a lot more light
