It sucks that I didn't go out and get good ice shots from the OTHER side of the Lake from you...Lake Michigan is such a weird place when its edges freeze! This is gorgeous and I actually recognize the ice patterns. If the lake was deeper and had different physical characteristics, the ice would look different too. Funny how that works. I love this shot! It's quite brilliant and I can imagine the temperature. Cold days at the lake produce the best photos!
