She said, "Oops! My necklace broke and I'm staring at hundreds of diamonds, rubies, and pearls scattered all over the ground! Oh well, why bother to pick them up? I'll just ask my husband for new ones! After all, these were beginning to look 'tacky' since they were almost two months old!"
