Description
This time, I was wanting to get a more "war torn" feel to my pics. After playing around for some time with some free buildings I had found, I decided that wasn't as easy as I had hoped.
I decided to keep the image simple and use the single destroyed building. Also, I hadn't yet figured out how to do weapons effects in Vue so this looks more like an aftermath image to some degree.
The building is a free model I found... somewhere using Vue textures.
The 'Mech (Sunder)was, yet again, made by Zakua and was, yet again, based off of MechWarrior 4.

Seriously kewl!
I would suggest you "scar" your brick texture with a grey spray can effect, wide nozzle as well as pick out a could of points on the wireframe.
That works well for simulating damage

This building collapses to the inside. It was certainly burned, I think. I agree with a portion of shayhurs's. You could choise Material2 for brick material. Sooty or mossy,I don't know. And I ask you what was the purpose of this building ? The treatment of the front ground depends on it. Cheer!

Hmm I had never thought about scortch marks, but that makes perfect sense. Oh, well next time I will get them.
The purpose of the building was to give a more wartorn look and to do something other than just trees and hills.
