Another pic of the same landslide in yesterday's Upload, i just thought they could have swept up the dirt , instead of putting Barriers around,

Lol, before I even read your description my first thought was, in the time it took them to go get the barriers they could have just shoveled it up. Apparently the lack of the Department of Transportation common sense knows no national boundaries. how much you wanna bet, that instead of grabbing a shovel and 15 minutes worth of work they're having a big meeting about what to do next.
