Winter has returned to Romania.
It is the coldest March in 15 years.
That's why I created an image of winter.

Beautiful winter scene! Yes, winter is rough on some parts of Europe. I saw earlier in Wales and Ireland there are still places blocked by too much snow. But we are not talking about Romania: ( France has the chance to be spared this time.
