Beautiful portrait! I guess cute couple is in order but I don't assume such. If one has an adam's apple and the other not, it's possible they're married. Marriage is a word and words mean things. Marriage is between 1 man and 1 woman. Period. The truth doesn't change. Anything else is changing the meaning of a word and The Word. I'm sure it's fun... Hope it's worth it. I Love the picture though, love you too! Glad we disagree. Makes life worth living. I would and will defend that right to the end.

Marriage never had a religious connotation in its inception... it was purely a business arrangement. As such, anyone who spends 30 years with another person, whether same or opposite sex, deserves the same rights to protection and security and, before that, the same human rights to honour their love and union. Human rights trump all other rights. And if other rights are not being infringed upon, ie/ same-sex union does not prevent opposite sex couples from enjoying the rights they've always had, it's especially important to honour those human rights. Good for you, Laura! :) And beautiful image too!! I love the black/white contrasts. :)
