Description

this plane was designed in 1941 as one that could take off in a short distance and as well land the same way. the military commissioned Vought to make one that could carry a crew I distaste war and all the loss of life's as well the wounded veterans, children with no parents. I was a "war baby", but knew nothing of the horrors of WWII until I was older. I grew up watching the military planes/jets going to Douglas Aircraft for service and loved the sound of the huge horsepower engines. to this day, I still love hearing all of the old Air Force vintage planes, as well the modern jets.

What an awesome machine! How well did it fly Richard? I agree with the consequences of war and think the people who make war should be the ones doing the fighting. A new one on me. I too was a war baby in the UK and I remember the drone of the Dakota's going over to supply the troops just after the war finished.

Beautiful photo! I remember being fascinated with this as a child. Dad was in the Air Force and we were always around planes. I am fondest of the century series of jet fighters and the ww2 warbirds.

This might be the real UFO every one had reported in :) As for that video "All Wars are Banker Wars".... I don't believe all is true in that video. You got to read in between the lines to see what the real intent of what that the guy is trying to say. No one really wants wars that's for sure. My opinion anyways... We've been given heads up by NK...probably because we're in target range... Lets hope its not war. Aloha
