I hope I don't offend anyone. It's not my intentions
The image was a creation in progress and done before and re-created.
When you think about it Dakota, a child's way of thinking has to be bunnies and candy in a way because to explain the real reason would be too complex for a child to comprehend.
Happy Easter everyone and thank you for your comments.

A compelling and powerful scene, beautifully and lovingly composed. The disclaimer is nice, Margie, yet I would not worry too much about causing offense. This is because in order to come to salvation, all must first suffer the 'offense' of Christ. Nobody wants to be told they are sinners and their sin offends their holy Creator and separates them from a right relationship with him. Yet, it is this very realization which is necessary before we can cry out in repentant earnestness seeking His loving-kindness, mercy and grace. Your lovely image demonstrates this very love, poured out so perfectly, as Christ sacrifice makes such a moment possible for all who will come. Thank you for this heartfelt, evocative image.
