someone before posted a picture of this very old home on the south edge of town sitting in ruin. I could not find the name of the home, except it maybe the Redman home

Shame to see such a classic fall into ruin. There are a lot of old barns out there too that are being replaced by cheap metal buildings that need be captured!

this is cool. if you wish to know about the history of this town go to city data http://www.city-data.com/forum/ I posted where a house was as it just had the columns left and it was on River Road by baton Rouge and got a whole history of the house as they filmed two of three movies there and a river boat crash by it in the 1800's and they put the sick and dieing and the dead on the lawn of the house. Plus what happen to the houseGo there and find the city where this house is as and post it asking about the house.
