Description
This is the new scar from the operation. I added contrast so it could be seen better on here. Yes, it is as sore as it looks, but Jane is taking good care of me. Thank you all for the concern you've shown. I'm very grateful to have such friends, and that the problem was caught and treated before it was too late.

Oh my word, that is an impressive scar! I'm also glad this was caught in time, been away during our move but very glad I've popped in. Wishing you a speedy and smooth full recovery, Seth. And such a wicked, upbeat sense of humor from you as well, you're an inspiration through more than just your artwork! Here's a tip on one way to keep that scar which has worked for me. Search for homemade penicillin recipes online. Just take care not to breathe the spores when harvesting. I've made several batches of this for home use, it works extremely well to prevent infection but it will cause the scar to remain visible. Sending healing vibes, get well very soon & keep well!
