Description

This is another test where I use paint. Thank you kindly give me your opinion. Criticisms are accepted. Inspired by a drawing by the talented Will Eisner. Painting "Posca" white paper A3. Ne connaissant pas le travail de Will Eisner, je ne peux donc te donner mon avis que sur ce que je vois. Et j'adore! Le rendu de la robe est splendide, par exemple. Et l'ensemble a effectivement un côté "comix". J'imagine très bien ce genre d'illustration dans une BD racontant l'enquête d'un détective privé sur la brèche, avec femmes fatales, bars enfumés et lutte contre la pègre. Enfin, tu vois le genre... Donc, je dis bravo!

While it is indeed a fine composition and would attract notice if done by anybody else, I have to admit I really prefer your elegance of simplicity style. Every artist has to keep trying different techniques to grow but you also have created a unique and identifiable style. When I see any of your other works I say "Ah, that is Cyve" without even having to see your name, but here I do not get that feel.
