Description

i did use polarizing filter but the glare was still on the painting. I had messed up as i was in a rush to get them ready for a show at a bank. the show fall apart as they started to look into the legal stuff about hanging paintings in a bank. The insurance people stop it. Oh well i was honor to have the paintings in a show anyway. did cost me over $400 in frames. But they ready for any thing now. I also learn a lot in Photoshop that I never knew before. I used enhance / adjust color / color variations.... this help to get the glare off the painting and keep the colors as close as can be to the painting This is a close up of the bow and strings of a violin. A man I know looked at it and way amaze as he saw the resin coming off the strings; plus he loved the blues. It looked so real to him. I know it looks abstract but it not. it is a abstract and it is real also..

A beautiful painting, Jock! You've captured the sheen and grain of the wood perfectly! Too bad the show didn't happen... Yeah, insurance people and lawyers... they could screw up a bowl of cornflakes.
