Description
A couple of years ago, the council allowed this tunnel under Reading Bridge to be decorated with a Mural. I believe it was an attempt to stop the mindless tagging that goes on otherwise.
It seems to have done the trick. Although the paint is peeling in some places, it has, so far, survived and is still quite pleasant to look at.

That tunnel as I remember it was quite dank, however, I like the frog, which adds a little colour. The council should allow this more often, as it's usually better than looking at grey walls.
